Can I cancel my pre-order?
If you want to cancel your order, you need to email us as soon as possible after you have placed your order with email title "Cancel Order". If your order is not purchased, then we will refund full amount to you, less credit card transaction fees 3.9% and 3% service handling fees of the total purchase price.
Can I pay you Eftpos on pickup?
Sorry we only accept cash on pickup.
Can I pick up my order?
You can only pick up the products from 14 O’Halloran Road Howick Auckland 2014. Note: Pickup is strictly by appointment.
Does it does the battery come with a charger?
Hi, Unfortunately I have to work from home, you are welcome to call around by appointment only to view and test our products. I am also happy to check and test your equipment if you need this help.
How can we dispose of our old batteries?
Please send us your old batteries it doesn't matter what make we can send them for recycling this includes all bike light batteries and computer laptop batteries.
How long does the light last on that battery set?
Different lights have the different size battery they have been sorted so that you get about 3 to 4 hours however you can purchase a larger battery for your light if you wish.
